Jesus came into this world to take the curse that was on your life *If you are still carrying it, it’s because you want to *When our eyes are opened to Gods grace then we will be bound no more* Only the Holy Spirit can change the church from a monument into a movement.

Behold a son shall be born to you, who shall be a man of rest, and I will give him rest from all his enemies all around. His name shall be Solomon, for I will give peace and quiteness to Israel in his days.

He shall build a house for My name, and he shall be My son and I will be his Father, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.

1 Chronicles 22:9-10.
We serve a God who gives us rest from all our enemies. The above scripture portion tells us that God is telling David that, He will give him a son named Solomon who will give rest, peace and quietness in his days and he will build a temple for Him.

Solomon means rest, Solomon is a type of Jesus in the old covenant, Solomon gave rest to Israel from its enemies and Jesus gave us rest from our enemies (sin, sickness, poverty and death) for sin He gave us salvation, for sickness He gave us healing, for poverty He gave us His riches and for death He gave us eternal life, Jesus said come unto Me all you who are burdened and heavy laden and I will give you rest. Solomon built a temple for the Lord and Jesus redeemed and ransomed His bride, His church (not denominations, not buildings but people, you and me) with His precious blood.

Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship. Jesus didn’t come into this world to start a new religion called Christianity, He came to restore our lost relationship with the Father. Many denominations in the body of Christ have turned this relationship into a religion with do’s and don’ts attached to it. Religion has wrongly taught people that God exists in buildings, monuments and shrines. In the old covenant God’s presence existed in the ark of the covenant, but in the new covenant the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit dwells within us (a born again believer).

The first time Jesus came into this world, He came for the sake of the whole world (entire mankind) but when He comes for the second time, He is coming for His chosen ones only. Jesus is coming back the second time not for buildings, monuments and shrines, but for His bride, His church (you and me). If Jesus knows and recognises us as His bride, His church, only then we will be caught up in the air along with Him. It doesn’t make a difference if we know Him, but He has to know and recognise us as His chosen ones (our walk with Him) only then we will be raptured (the religious cannot digest this).

The reason why many in the body of Christ don’t enter into rest (from works and doings of their own) is because the finished work of Jesus is not taught and preached in churches. Religion is busy teaching people what they have to do for God, but it fails to teach and preach what God has done for them. Religion can never reveal the glory of God to the world, because it itself has not seen and experienced rest (finished work of Jesus). Only when we enter into rest from our works and doings, Gods glory will be revealed in and through us and then the world will come searching for our God seeing His glory which is revealed in and through us.

If You are reading this message and you do not have a relationship with Jesus, I would like to encourage you to give your heart and life to Jesus make Him the Lord and savior of your life, give Him the first place in your life, go to a good Bible based church, read the Bible and pray regularly and see God taking you to such heights, places and glory that you would have never thought, dreamt or imagined.

Loving Father God, I believe in You and Your Son Jesus, I believe Jesus came into this world to die for my sins. Thank You for not condemning me for the sins that I have committed, but You offer redemption through Your Son Jesus from this moment forth I accept Jesus as the Lord and Savior of my life, Help me to share this good news with others, so they can escape condemnation and experience Your promise of eternal life.

That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Heavenly Father thank You for the word, thank You for the free gift of salvation that You have given to us through Your Son Jesus. Give us the grace to share and spread the gospel (good news) and win the lost and perishing souls in the world to Christ and give us the grace to wait readily for the second coming of Your Son Jesus in Jesus name we ask and pray
