Did you receive the Holy Spirit?
Exodus 29: 45,46
And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.
And they shall know that I am the LORD their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them: I am the LORD their God.
God’s mind is full of man…
From the beginning God wants to dwell with man for ever.
God kept man in the garden of Eden and communed with him daily….
But man rejected God…
Though God is omnipresent He cannot dwell every where…
He can only dwell in some selective places.
When man failed to keep the fellowship with God in the Eden garden, sin increased and separated man far from God.
God always yearns the fellowship of man. So He decided to make a tabernacle so that He can dwell with Him.
But God is not satisfied with that…
He wanted to commune with man in a much better way.
He thought church(not the physical building) would be the best place..
He sacrificed His only begotten Son to form the church…
…..and still not satisfied….
This time He decided to dwell inside the man in the form of HOLY SPIRIT.
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? (1Cor3:16)
You want God to be with you or within you?
If God wants to dwell in you He will give you the gift of Holy Spirit..
Have you received the Holy Spirit?
If you have received, God is satisfied by you because you became His dwelling place for ever and ever…
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified. (John 7: 38,39)
Wide wide as the oceans, high as the heavens above , deep deep as the deepest sea is my savior’s love…..
*Beloved, remember if God dwells with you, your place in heaven is new heaven or new earth.
*But if God dwells within you by the gift of the Holy Spirit your place in heaven is New Jerusalem which is the dwelling place of God.
