     Genesis 1 - 4

The concept of Trinity has always been considered as something difficult to grasp, especially for the beginners when you study the word of God. But today I am amazed in the clarity of that concept given in the beginning verses itself of Genesis and in John’s gospel.

Yes..Father God,His son Jesus Christ and the Holy spirit are in perfect harmony doing the work of creation.(Gen 1;2 & John 1:2-3)

When Gods children are recreated ( born again)…the Trinity is again working in perfect harmony in our lives..
May Gods Holy spirit , just as He was hovering over the waters,hover over us to make us mature and grow in Christ likeness.

Gen 1:4 ” In the beginning God God must be inthe beginning of everything in our lives In every area of our life ,in our goals and in our ambition in everything _ God must be first .wherever God finds a man or woman who puts Him first in every area of his/her life in business ,in finances and daily life – there will be no limit to what God will do in thro’such a person.

Everyday God spoke His word.our God is a living God who speaks .If you want to be transformed ,the most important thing you need is to hear God speaking to you.” Man shall not live by bread alone,but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God Matt 4:4

Genesis Chapters 1-4 15.7.2020

🦋 The Beginning 🦋

Moses was the author of the first five books of the Old Testament. These books are known as the Pentateuch. The book of Genesis is foundational to the understanding of the rest of the Bible. It is supremely a book of relationships highlighting those between God and nature, God and man and man and man.

🔥 God of Power 🔥

The earth was formless, empty, dark and under deep waters. The powerful Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. Merely by speaking the powerful words God brought all things into being. First light was created then the heaven and earth and then God created vegetation and all things that inhabited the earth and waters. God saw that all He created was good.

💫 God of Perfection 💫

All that God created was in perfect order. He planted a beautiful garden called the garden of Eden. The Lord formed the man out of the dust of the earth in His own image. He breathed into him the breath of life and he became a living being.

🥪 God of Provision 🥪

God provided Adam with food. He could eat the fruit of every tree, but he was forbidden to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil. God also created a helper for Adam as it was not good for man to be alone. So woman was created from the rib of Adam. He had to cleave to Eve his wife.

⚖️ God of Judgement ⚖️

Surely God is full of wisdom, love and concern and each day He fellowshipped with Adam and Eve in the garden. But He could never tolerate disobedience which is a SIN. Satan in the form of a serpent deceived the woman to eat the fruit of the forbidden tree. Eve saw the fruit was good for food, pleasing to the eye and desirable to gain wisdom. She ate and her husband also fell into the temptation and ate the fruit. The sin of disobedience opened their eyes to see that they were naked. They tried to escape blaming each other.But God’s judgement fell on them. God banished them out of the garden and cursed the serpent the deceiver.

🚸 Generation To Generation 🚸

If there is is anything that passes from generation to generation, it is SIN. Adam and Eve had two children named Cain and Abel. Cain being a farmer envied his brother who was a shepherd. Abel’s offering to God was a fatted animal and that gained God’s favour. In jealousy Cain killed his brother Abel. Nothing can be hid from God. God’s punishment fell on him also and he became a restless wanderer on this earth.

🗒️ Lessons we Learn 🗒️

Obedience to God is of utmost importance. After receiving countless blessings from God we tend to disobey His word at times. We have to be extremely careful to obey God’s Word. Otherwise we have to meet the consequences. God’s grace alone can help us to be pleasing to God.

Light of the world 🌠
God Almighty created light on the first day before the creation of Sun, moon and stars which happened on the fourth day.God said “ Let there be light “ (God’s words)and there was light and this Light seperated the dark forces which were ruling over the earth.
According to John 1: 1-4,this word was Jesus who was with God in the beginning.”Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made.In Him was life, and that life was the light of men”💥🌟.
In John 8 :12 Jesus said”I am the light of the world whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life”.
When we receive Jesus into our life we receive this Light , let’s shine to help those who are groping in darkness. Stay blessed.
