Isaiah 48:17. I am the lord your God who teaches you what is best for you,who directs you in the way you should go

The lord knows all.God teaches,inspires,motivates,guides,and corrects His children.God listed for Israel the good results that come from following His commands.The people enjoy peace,goodness and live long prosperous lives.

But Israel missed out in those blessings because of their sin.God cries if only you had listened to me

When you are tempted to think better than God,remind yourself of the lord’s awesomeness.Lord only can shape our lives well.He is the greatest teacher of all Teach me your way O lord ….that I may fear your name Ps 86:11

A man who is intimate with God is not intimidated by man Let love be the magnet that attracts people into the kingdom of God Churches are not being closed, buildings are being closed, you are the church, you are to remain open *What you do on earth affects heaven and brings in your rewards and harvest.

You are My witnesses says the Lord, And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, Nor shall there be after Me.

I, even I, am the Lord, And besides Me there is no Savior.

I have declared and saved, I have proclaimed, And there was no foreign god among you, therefore you are My witnesses, Says the Lord, that I am God.

Isaiah 43:10-12
We serve a God who has created us and He has revealed His love towards us by sending His Son Jesus and redeemed us from the hands of the enemy. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5. The above scripture portion speaks to us about knowing God and Him asking us to be witnesses for Him on this earth. It is a great privilege and honor to know and serve the King of kings and the Lord of lords.

The most precious, priceless and powerful thing on the face of this earth is knowing God and being a witness for Him. Those who know their God shall do great exploits (not ordinary) for Him. A person’s actual life on this earth begins the day they know God. We are so privileged that we know God, there are countless number of people who die everyday without even knowing God. God is eternal, the beginning and the end and those who know Him will live in His presence in heaven for eternity.

Man by nature tries to be independent of God, he tries to depend on his wisdom, strength, career, business, finances, property, power, name, fame and success. Anything that is independent of God is not a blessing, if God is not there in any of these in our lives, then it is not a blessing, it is a curse. Many when they don’t find peace and happiness in these then they start searching for God and sadly many end their lives without even knowing God. Age and status is not a criteria for knowing and working for God. Many after they fail and fall in life then come searching for answers to their lives problems and in the process they come to know God. It is good if we know God at an early age, so that we can serve God for a long time. If we know God at an early age in our life, then the precious years of our life will not be wasted, it can be used for God’s name, plan, purpose, honor and glory.

God’s desire is that none should perish, but that everyone should gain eternal life through His Son Jesus. Many in the body of Christ know God, but they don’t evangelise (if you know God you can never remain silent) they think that it is the job of pastors, evangelists and prophets to evangelise and spread the gospel. There are a special category of people who think and tell that God from heaven should speak to them about their call for evangelism and a prophet on the earth should confirm the call of evangelism over their lives. It is the basic duty and responsibility of every born again, blood washed believer in Jesus to evangelise. Jesus last command before leaving this earth was to go into the world and preach the gospel and make disciples of nations (not street, not colony, not state, not nation but nation’s) baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.

Christmas is not about presents, but it is about God’s greatest present Jesus and His presence in our lives and in the lives of those around us. This Christmas season make a decision of telling one person about the love of Christ, you will make a difference in the lives of people who are perishing in the world. If you are not in a position to evangelise atleast pray for an hour every day for those who don’t know God and are perishing, pray for people who are involved in evangelism, your prayers though it may be unseen will make a difference in other people’s lives and save them for eternity. What you do for God on this earth will affect eternity in heaven and bring in your rewards and harvest. One life is all we have for Jesus, use your God given life, strength, gifts, talents, time and finances for the expansion of God’s kingdom and win souls for Christ.

“You are not waiting on God, God is waiting on you”.

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.

Heavenly Father we thank You for the word, thank You for the gift of salvation. Lord we uphold every person who is active in winning souls, fill them with the Holy Spirit and gifts and give them the grace to go into the world and win the lost and perishing souls. Lord we specially uphold every person who knows You this Christmas season, let no one lack in any area of their lives meet everyone’s needs from Your kingdom riches, bless them to be be a blessing to others around them in Jesus name we ask and pray.
