The year that was!!
Isaiah 6
In the year that King Uzziah died…
When a King dies, there is uncertainty, hopelessness, the administration, economy, political status everything is at stake.
Confusion and turmoil prevails in the Kingdom. The situation is totally grim.
But in that same year when King Uzziah died,in that uncertain and grim situation, Isaiah the Prophet saw a vision.
A Vision of the Lord enthroned with all glory and majesty.
When he saw and acknowledged the glory of the Lord
🎯1.He realised that he was a mere being.
🎯2.He poured out his heart to God.
🎯3.He confessed his unworthiness.
🎯4.He examined himself.
🎯5.He accepted that he was unclean.
.🎯6.He surrendered himself before God.
❤️Dearly Beloved,
This year has been a year of death, calamity, uncertainity, financial losses,no growth in career, loss in business. We were surrounded by negativity on all sides, let these situations not pull us down, let the grimness not prevail, let satan have no hold over us but let us overcome them just like Isaiah.
Let us have a time of Reflection, Introspection, Examination, Drawing Closer to God that we may see Visions, Dream Dreams, Prophesy and allow Him to set things right for us so that we will remember it as a Year that was !!😊
Act2:17
And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh, your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams.
Amen

Isaiah
Simple thoughts for💫
*deeper meditation.
Isaiah: 1:18
” Come now, let us settle the
matter,says the Lord.Though
your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as
snow; though they are red as
crimson they shall be like wool”
The Prophet Isaiah, whose name means” The
Lord Saves”warned an
unrepentant Judah of God’s
impending judgment through the Babylonian
exile. (Isaiah: 1- 12) He
speaks of God’s grace
(Ch:40-55) and a future
glorious restoration for all
who would repent.
(Ch: 11, 56- 66)
⚡ Here, in Isaiah Ch: 1,
God calls His people to
consider carefully their
sinfulness (Vs : 2-15)
He revealed that their sins
are like the deep colour of
scarlet and crimson. Clothes
would be double dyed in this
bright red so the colour became fixed. Neither rain
nor washing would remove it. Sin is like that. No human
effort can take it away. It is
rooted in the heart.
⚡ Only God can cleanse a heart from sin. God promised they would be “as
white as snow and wool.”
How ? Judah needed to
turn away from their sins and to seek God’s forgiveness. Peter said in his first speech on the day
of Pentecost,” Repent, then
and turn to God, so that your
sins may be wiped out. “
(Acts: 3: 19)
⚡ God longs for us to be
open with Him about our sins. He has promised,” If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness”
(1 John: 1: 9) Only through
Jesus’ sacrifice can we receive what no one else can give – a pure heart.
🎶”Have you been to Jesus
for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the
blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in
His grace in this hour?
Are you washed in the
blood of the Lamb?
When God forgives- He purifies us too
