The child of God must be completely obedient to the word of God The driver on the highway is safe not when he reads the signs but when he obeys them Love one another war ends when people love each other* To love others as God loves you, that is the measure of success.

Your words were found, and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart;

For I am called by Your name,
O Lord God of hosts.

Jeremiah 15:16
We serve a God who is the word Jesus, and the word became flesh and dwelt amongst us and redeemed us from the curse of the law, sin, sickness, poverty and death and gave us a place for eternity in heaven. The above scripture portion tells us that the weeping prophet Jeremiah is telling that when God’s word was found he ate them and the word was joy to him and rejoicing of heart. Word of God lovers only will know the importance, thirst, value and power of the word of God, you can survive without natural food, but you can never survive without the word of God. The outside man (body)is perishable but the inner man is eternal so feed the inner man with the word of God everyday.

The Bible is a supernatural book for a supernatural man living in the natural realms with natural problems. The Bible is the only book in the whole of the world which gives answers to any and every kind and type of natural problems. The natural has and can never heal by itself only the supernatural has to heal the natural. Jesus is the only answer to all of mankind’s never ending problems (past, present and future).

We are so privileged and blessed to have the written word of God the Bible in so many languages and translations. The old covenant saints didn’t have the privilege of having a Bible in their hands, they led their entire lives with only one spoken word from God. We are so blessed to have the written word of God that we can run to it at any given time of then day and find answers and solutions to all the problems that we have and face on this earth.

Satan feeds on ignorance and ignorance of the word of God. The spiritual maturity of a person depends on the quantity and quality of the word of God on the inside of him and how he practices it and puts it to good use for himself and for others. Satan can never come near a person who knows the word of God (if you don’t know the word of God, Satan will create and play havoc in your life). In the wilderness Satan came to Jesus to try and test Him. Jesus did not fight with Satan, but He answered from the word of God and it ran away from Him. If you know the word of God, Satan even if it comes near you, it will come to know that you know the word of God and when you speak the word of God it will simply run away from you telling ” escape and run for this person knows the word of God”.

The word of God has the ability, power and authority to create, recreate, restore, heal, deliver, and prosper anything, anytime, anywhere in the entire universe. One word from God the entire creation came into existence. One word from Jesus to Peter ” Come ” and Peter walked on the water. One word from Jesus at Lazarus grave ” Lazarus come forth ” and the four days dead and gone stinking Lazarus came back to life. One word from Jesus to the centurion ” Go your way and as you have believed so let it be done for you ” and his servant who was lying at his home paralyzed and dreadfully tormented (somewhere not even near Jesus) was healed instantaneously at the same hour.

The reason why many don’t succeed in life is, because they know God, but they don’t know His word, they don’t read the word regularly (they will read every newspaper and magazine available on the earth on any subject) but not the word of God. If you know and experience the power in the word of God then you will throw everything aside read the Bible and also recommend it for others.

Many religious Christians will go to church regularly, but they will never open the Bible in their entire life time (if you open the Bible Satan will have a heart attack). Many of them will have a Bible displayed in a prominent place in their houses and offices to tell the world that they are Christians, but they will never open and read from the Bible what Jesus has and can do for them. If you don’t open and read the Bible how will you know that God has adopted you as His son and daughter through Christ Jesus?, how will you know that you have a rich inheritance in and through Christ Jesus?, how will you know what God has in store for you on this earth and in heaven?, those who know God and His word will rule and reign in life.

There is another super special category of religious people who call themselves as Christians, but they don’t allow the spreading of the Gospel, they will fight tooth and nail against spreading of the Gospel (God save them and bless them and turn them into soul winners).If you love God then you will spread the word and not stand against the spreading of it.

There is another super special category of people who know the word of God, but they don’t put it to use and practice, they try for some time and when it is not working for then they will start crying that the promises is not working for them. The word of God and the promises of God will work for us only when love is involved in it. If you mix the word of God with faith and love only then it will work for you, because God is love and if you don’t add love and practice the word of God with love, then it will never work for you.

One of the main reason why the Gospel doesn’t move speedily and spread fast is, because most of the men and women of God who know and preach the word of God, they don’t bring out the message about the love of God from the Bible. Many bring out messages and preach about sin, judgement, criticism and condemnation from the Bible and the people who listen to these messages run away from God, them and everyone for ever. The Bible is a book of love, God’s love for man and it should be preached with and for love, God is love and wherever God is there is love.

Every problem that we have and face on this earth is lack of word of God. If you know the word of God then you can handle any and every problem on this earth. It is wisdom to run to God and His word in times of trouble. The reason why God allows His children to go through problems is, so that they can get closer to Him and get into the word and become a light to the world and bring the lost and perishing in the world to Jesus.

Beloved no matter where you are and in what condition you are, God and His word can change your life and situation. Even if you lose anything and everything on this earth, never lose the habit of reading, listening, meditating, praying, practicing and preaching the word of God. One word from God is more than enough to close your sad story and give you brand new beginnings.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

Heavenly Father thank You for the word, Lord give us the grace to read, listen, meditate, pray, practice and preach the word. Lord we uphold this Bible study program into Your mighty hands let the Gospel continue to move speedily to the far ends of the earth and win many lost and perishing souls in Jesus name we ask and pray.
