Whom do You Trustโ“

Whom do You Trustโ“
(๐Ÿ“– Jeremiah 17: 5 – 13) The text says that the Lord search the heart and examine the mind to reward a man according to
๐ŸŽ his conduct
๐ŸŽ what his deeds deserve (v 10) .

As a result “Judah’s sin was engraved with an iron tool and inscribed with a flint point ..” , and Jeremiah was directed to address the people :
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Cursed is the one who TRUSTS IN MAN , who depends on flesh for his strength and whose heart turns away from the Lord (v 5)
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Blessed is the man who TRUSTS IN THE LORD, whose confidence is in him (v 7)

Whom do We Trust?
๐Ÿ“Œ Blessing comes to us when we put our TRUST in God, not in people. When we choose to separate ourselves from our root source of nourishment, we become like cut flowers that only flourish in a vase for a few days.
๐Ÿ“Œ God gives small things at first because we are only capable of trusting Him for small things. But the more we exercise our faith, and our TRUST in Him grows, the more He will supply.
๐Ÿ“Œ Our blessings come as s result of TRUST and faith in Jesus Christ. The more we act as good stewards and manage God’s resources according to His direction, the more God will entrust to us.

If we really TRUST God with everything we have, He will satisfy all our needs as He promised

๐Ÿฅฅ In a Nutshell ๐Ÿฅฅ
โ™ฅ๏ธ Is it Well? โ™ฅ๏ธ

The heart is a vital organ that beats in a rhythmic pattern. Physical health is affected when the heart malfunctions. Likewise when the heart is not in accordance with the Word of God, it mars the spiritual health. The Bible says:

๐Ÿ“– The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? (Jere 17:9)

The heart is crooked and cunning. And no other person can find what is in the heart of another. But God knows the contents of the heart.

๐Ÿ“– โ€œI the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.โ€ (Jere 17:10)

God searches our heart to find what lies in it. Is it well with your heart? We will be rewarded according to the state of our heart because God looks only at the heart.

Dear ones in Christ, we are in the last few days of the year. This is the right time to introspect and find what really lies in our heart.

Does our actions and words tally with what we think? Or do we harbor hatred in the heart but speak as if we love. By doing so we deceive ourselves because God can see through a person.

This is the best day to open our heart to God. In a genuine way let us confess our shortcomings. God will help us, cleanse us and forgive us. He will help us to be true inside out.

God bless us to be channels of blessings.
