My People, My Heritage
Joel 3:1-2
- Here God is telling, He will bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem. Yes, our God is a mighty God , who will make the captives free.Today our body, soul, spirit, and family may be in captivity. But we have a good news. Our God will set free the captives. Today may be we are unable to grow spiritually. May be we are sick with incurable diseases.
May be we we face problems in our family, with our children, in our working places etc. But our Lord will set us free. The Lord who turned the captivity of lsraelites, Job and Joseph will free us from our captivity too. Till today our Lord, who set us free from many areas of captivity in our life , will set us free from the captivity, what we face now too. Let us praise our Lord Jesus, who came to this world to give liberty to the captives. Isaiah 61:1.
- He called lsraelites with great love, as My people and My heritage. Today He is calling us not only My people, My heritage, but also My children, My love, and My bride. Let us understand and expereience this relationship and thank God.
- God is also telling that He will judge them who made lsraelites captive. Yes our Lord will judge and fight for us against our enemy devil. Let us thank our Lord, who is the Lord of Hosts to fight for us.
Really we are the blessed people to know such a loving saviour in our life.Amen. Hallelujah.
