LUKE 12: 12: “For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”

In Luke 12, “Jesus speaks to His disciples about fear and anxiety.
Four times throughout the chapter He tells them to not be afraid.

He is reminding the disciples that If God takes care of the birds and flowers, how much more will He provide for you?

We are extremely valued by God, so valued that He sacrificed His own life so that we may have eternal life with Him!

We all have our battles to face.
…. Face them with the knowledge and understanding that we are children of God, have far greater weapons at our disposal and cannot be defeated.

How do you know if we fear man over God?

Ask yourself: Do I share my faith with others on a regular basis?
If the answer is no, shows that we clearly fear men over God.

A hypocrite like the Pharisees would never go against the flow.

A person who fears man would never go against the flow.

When we look at the life of Martin Luther, we find that at any hard and dangerous situations, the Lord helped him to overcome the fear.
Luther’s massive fear of God freed him from the smaller fear of men!

Let us ask ourselves…………
“Are our fears keeping us from serving the Lord or standing up for Him?”

If so, ……………….
#Spend time with the Lord in prayer and
#Read His Word regularly and to find the encouragement and strength that we need to live for Him.
