Luke 24: 13-35
v.30. “When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them”
The Bible passage brings our attention to two travelers who are on their way from Jerusalem to their home in Emmaus.
It’s about 7 miles from Jerusalem, or 10 kilometers.
The travelers seemed hurt and pained at Jesus’ death (v.17).

They saw their Jesus had died and were sad and depressed.
They’ve lost their faith in Jesus.

We, too, lose heart when our expectations come to a tragic end.

But remember, every trial is an opportunity to discover what God wants us to see.

When we’re struggling, we may be frustrated, and fatigued. We can only think of everything wrong with our lives.

But ……. It is very important for us to pause and check our memories and ask,…

“Am I being selective in what I am remembering?”
“If He has been good for years and years why would I assume He would stop now?”

In our life journey, we must allow God to open our eyes.

During Our desperate time ,
We must allow God to open our eyes.
invite God in.
Surrender all our expectations.
Seek God’s perspective.
Submit to God’s will and trust His timing. He is faithful.

Is our heart burning today?

Make time in our day to Have A Little Walk With Jesus.
