Jesus Christ loves sinners.
The fountain is always full, always efficacious.
Sins which are scarlet and crimson will be disappeared, then the sinner will be whiter than snow.
He shall have an eternal heritage of glorious treasure, when he enter into the joy of our Lord.
When we knock at the Mercy ‘s door, we will receive large things from our Generous Lord.
Let us not leave the throne of Grace till all our wants have been spread before the Lord.
No unbelief should hinder, when Jesus promises.
When our soul is hungry, we should knock, and our wants shall be supplied .
If our soul is black and filthy, we can go there and be washed.
Nothing that is good for us shall be denied.

Matthew 7:1-2

Do not Judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
Jesus warns us through this command that when we pass judgment upon others we shall beย judgedย in a similar manner.
We normally tend to break this command,

  1. when we think the worst of others,
  2. when we only speak to others of their faults,
  3. when we judge an entire life only by its worst moments,
  4. when we judge the hidden motives of others, and
  5. when we judge others without considering ourselves in their same circumstances.
Let’s not be judgmental, but be generous with love, forgiveness, and goodness to others. If we want more of these things from God, we should give more of them to others.

Matthew 7:24-27 โ€œEveryone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock. โ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fellโ€“ and great was its fall!โ€

Matthew 7:24-27 is the conclusion of the Sermon on the Mount which begins in chapter 5.

Jesus ends the Sermon on the Mount by telling us to build something lasting, something that will endure.

Are we building something beautiful, something meaningful, something productive, something lasting? ORโ€ฆ.. Something that will withstand the storms of this life and the storm of the judgment to come?

What are we building in our life?
What is our foundation?
Do we want to build something lasting?

The apostle Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 3: โ€œFor no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.โ€

*Only Jesus and His words as found in the Bible are a solid foundation on which to build our life.

Soโ€ฆ.. build our life on Jesus and His words.

Hearing is good, but itโ€™s not enough. We must put them into practice.

A solid spiritual foundation comes fromโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ listening and doing.
