Don’t teach God how He should talk to you, learn His language Learn to maintain and sustain healthy relationships with the people that God brought into your life Stop bending over for the wrong things and people that’s how your crown falls off.

Now the young woman pleased him, and she obtained his favor; so he readily gave beauty preparations to her, besides her allowance. Then seven choice maidservants were provided for her from the king’s palace, and he moved her and her maidservants to the best place in the house of the women.

Now when the turn came for Esther the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her as his daughter, to go in to the king, she requested nothing but what Hegai the king’s eunuch, the custodian of the women, advised. And Esther obtained favor in the sight of all who saw her.

So Esther was taken to King Ahasuerus, into his royal palace, in the tenth month, which is the month of Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.

The king loved Esther more than all the other women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.

Esther 2:9,15-17.
We serve a God who shows favor to His children. One day of God’s favor is more than a lifetime of labor. The above scripture portion tells us that Esther was favored by God over others and she was pulled from the background to the foreground and she was made queen instead of Vashisti.

Grace is Gods riches at Christ’s expense, the grace of God is unmerited favor which we don’t deserve. We don’t deserve eternal life in heaven, but because of God’s unmerited and undeserved favor through Christ, He saved us from the fires of hell and given us a place in heaven for eternity. The Bible is full of instances where God poured out His unmerited and undeserved favor on people. God promised Abraham that He would make him the father of many nation’s, but Abraham brought forth Ishmael with his own strength and choice even then it was the unmerited favor, grace and goodness of God that He gave Abraham the promised child Isaac and made him the father of many nation’s. The Israelites didn’t deserve to enter into the promised land, because of worshipping idols, murmuring against God and unbelief in God, but it was the undeserved and unmerited favor of God that He took their generations into the promised land. David didn’t deserve to be the king of Israel after committing adultery with Bathsheba and planning for her husband’s murder, but it was the grace, goodness and favor of God that He allowed David and his generations to rule over Israel.

Esther was an ordinary orphan girl with no contacts, influence, education and money to become a queen. It was the grace, goodness and favor of God that He brought her into the palace and it was the favor of God that He made a nobody into a somebody, He turned an orphan girl into a queen. There is no limit to what God can do in a person’s life, He turned an ordinary shepherd boy David to be the king of Israel, He turned ordinary uneducated fishermen to be the disciples of Jesus and they turned the world upside down for Jesus. Paul the apostle didn’t deserve to be an apostle for Christ, he persecuted and killed many believers, but it was the unmerited and undeserved favor of God that he came to Christ, wrote thirteen epistles in the Bible and he turned the world upside down for Jesus.

One day of God’s favor is more than a lifetime of labor. God can do anything and everything in a single moment, what we cannot do or acheive on our own in an entire lifetime. Religion has wrongly taught people that we have to do something on our part for God to move and bless us. We are not blessed by what we have done or what we will do, we are blessed, because of what Jesus had done on the cross of Calvary, had Jesus not gone to the cross and paid the price with His precious blood, the entire mankind would have been sent for eternity into the fires of hell. Did Esther do anything extraordinary on her part to become a queen ?, Nothing, all she did was come simply stand before the king and stand for God on this earth and the post of a queen came searching for her, God moved her into the palace and made her a queen. Did the disciples of Jesus do anything extraordinary before becoming disciples ?, Nothing, they were simply fishing. Jesus called them made them His disciples and trained them and they turned the world upside down for Jesus. We didn’t love God first, He first loved us, loving God also we didn’t do it on our own, He first loved us and then we love Him back with the love that we have received, we share the same love with others ( purely undeserved and unmerited favor from God ).

The secret to receive favor from God is to seek Him and love Him with all of our heart. Esther didn’t seek any help from anyone, but she sought and looked to God and not any man for help and God promoted her from an ordinary orphan girl to a queen. Esther stood for God and His children on this earth without fearing anything and God stood for her and her name is known in and through out eternity for the glory of God. Stand for God on this earth and you will never fail and fall ( even if you fail and fall God will lift you up and place you where you are supposed to be ), you don’t have to run around searching for things, Gods favor will make things searching for you.

A good man obtains favor from the Lord, But a man of wicked intentions He will condemn.

Proverbs 12:2.
And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

Luke 2:52.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Jesus Christ.

Romans 3:23,24.
Heavenly Father thank You for the word, thank You for the unmerited and undeserved favor over our lives, thank You for the gift of Jesus, otherwise we would have been burning in the fires of hell for eternity. Give us the grace to know You at a deeper level, to do mighty work for the kingdom on this earth and bring name, praise, honor and glory to Your name, in Jesus name we ask and pray.
