Protect your reputation
Proverbs 17:22 “A cheerful heart is good medicine . . . ”
The above verse tells us that there is a relationship between the condition of the heart and the condition of the body.
There is a relationship between physical and spiritual health.
“A crushed spirit dries up the bones,” literally means it sucks out the marrow of life from the bones.
A merry heart is important because God is saying to us, …………..
“My children, sometimes you will face things that you can’t understand; Sometimes you are going to face heartache and pain and difficulty that goes far beyond anything you thought you could endure; Sometimes you will be in the waiting room of life for weeks and months and years, but I want you to know that even there I am with you and am working out my plan in your life.”
So…………
How do we heal our broken spirit, and restore a cheerful heart?
It’s about two things…
………. TRUTH AND SURRENDER.
We cannot expect to maintain a cheerful heart based on our circumstances. They change. All the time.
So we have to surrender our eyes from our circumstances back up to the blessing of truth of the word of God.
Believe the Truth that we are His Children;….
…….. *He is our healer,
………. *He is my provider,
………. *in Him I have hope and a future
So… Let us renew our mind, meditate on His word, count those blessings.
Let His word brings healing, and life for our spirit.

Protect your reputation
If you have to chose between a good reputation and great wealth choose a good reputation. Pro 22:1
A good name is developed by learning to control one’s emotions, speech, working hard, handling finances carefully and avoiding impurity.
Christians are to be salt and light. Matt 5:13-16. We have to live in a way which inspires respect and trust of those around them No human being is perfect and will be able to live out every piece of good advice. But your reputation has to be protected and should stand up to scrutiny.
