The church is not for people who are perfect, it is for people who are forgiven * As long as you are planted and rooted in the word of God you are protected * It is when the hearts and backs of others are turned against you, that is when I will show you My faithfulness – God.

Behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth. And you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spoke concerning you. All have come to pass for you; not one word of them has failed.

Therefore it shall come to pass, that as all the good things have come upon you which the Lord your God promised you, so the Lord will bring upon you all harmful things, until He has destroyed you from this good land which the Lord your God has given you.

When you have transgressed the covenant of the Lord your God, which He commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed down to them, then the anger of the Lord will burn against you, and you shall perish quickly from the good land which He has given you.

Joshua 23:14-16.
We serve a God who fulfills what He promises. The above scripture portion tells us that God fulfilled the promises that He had promised to Abraham in the lives of his descendants. God promised Abraham that He would take his descendants into the promised land, a land flowing with milk and honey. What God promised, He fulfilled.

Gods promises always come to pass, the reason why God fulfills the promises and performs miracles is, so that unbelievers can know Him and His miracle working power and the glory should come to Him and Him alone, His only condition is that we should not drift away from Him and run after other gods. The Israelites even though they knew God, they had seen Gods mighty hand everyday in His provision, protection and miracles they never stayed faithfully to and with God, they always drifted away from Him to other gods. The condition is the same even in the body of Christ, it has not yet changed, many receive their miracle and blessings from the hands of Jesus and they wrongly give the credit to other man made lifeless and powerless gods, they run after them and testify about these false gods rather than about the living God who gave them their miracle.

Gods word and His promises are eternal, what He promises, He fulfills, all the promises of God are Yes and Amen through Christ and not through anyone else. Many times many of us don’t see the promises of God fulfilled in our lives for example many who are sick who stand on the promises of God don’t see healing in their lives, inspite of not receiving their miracle they don’t give up on God, they keep on reading and praying the word of God, they still go to church and Bible study regularly and they keep on giving to the kingdom of God. Many unbelievers suffering from the same sickness would have been dead and gone, but these believers who don’t give upon God inspite of their sickness continue to live a long life. It is purely the love, grace, goodness, mercy and compassion of God that even though they may suffer sickness they still are able to manage to live a long and good spiritual life here on this earth and bring glory to God.

Gods word and His promises are eternal, why does God fulfill His promises and performs miracles ?. The reason why God fulfills promises and performs miracles in a believers life is because He is not a man to lie, He wants to show unbelievers His miracle working power and draw them into His kingdom.

The demon possessed man in the gospel was delivered from several demons, he received his miracle from Jesus and preached about Jesus to ten cities. Can we be like him, shall we tell about God to to the world after we receive our miracle. Today if you are sick in your body and require a healing miracle or if you require a miracle or breakthrough in any area of your life come into agreement with God, tell Him that you will never stop telling about the miracle that He has performed in your life and see God perform a mighty miracle in your life, remain grateful and faithful to Him all the days of your life and win souls for Christ.

Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,
Because His compassions fail not.

They are new every morning, Great is Your faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:22,23.
Heavenly Father thank You for the word, thank You for Your love, grace, goodness, mercy, compassion and promises, thank You for all the past miracles and thank You for all the miracles that You are about to perform in our lives, give us the grace to always remain grateful and faithful to You all the days of our lives and to tell and show others the love of Christ in Jesus name we ask and pray.
