Wherever you are in this Lockdown, remember that no Coronavirus can remain uncontrollable because Yahweh Preserves His Creation by His Wisdom and will bring it to a Conclusion… Jeremiah 51:15-16.

💕 What are my big takeaways from the Book of Jeremiah as I find myself in the midst of a harsh winter and the strictest lockdown yet? Lockdown again, because of an uncontrollable virus that is making every leader nervous as we enter a new year. Simply put, God is in control and He is on the Throne, because “He made the earth by His power, and He preserves it by His wisdom,” Jeremiah 51:15-16.

💕 We, believers, redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb, who daily search the Scriptures, should bring comfort and consolation to the hurting and grieving world by showing the good plan God has for all who turn and repent, Jeremiah 50:4-5, 51:10. God was over and over in the midst of proclaiming an impending judgement and the 70-years captivity, also revealing His good plan to prosper them — both in their captivity and on their return, Jeremiah 29:11-14, 32:15.

💕 Throughout the Book of Jeremiah we have seen that God has a rescue plan, which might not be an immediate one but most definite for all those who trust Him and are faithful in the kingdom work. We should not waste our opportunities to bring the good news of hope, Jeremiah 8:20. God is reshaping and redesigning us as the Potter, to be relevant in this new situation, to do our ministry in the Lockdown, Jeremiah 18:4.

💕 Child of God, Remember this, the One Who Redeemed Israel is strong, and He will always be strong for us because we are Redeemed by His Blood. The Lord Almighty Who defended Israel and gave them rest, will defend us from every coronavirus and its mutants, and from every collateral damage, giving us rest in Christ Jesus, Jeremiah 50:33-34.

💕 He alone, unlike any idols, is the true God, Jeremiah 51:17-19. All idols will be destroyed, but God is “the Creator of everything that exists.” We can worship our problems as idols. Let us empty our hearts out of everything so that we can be filled with His tender loving kindness, and be drawn to Him. We are drawn to Him by His love and not by corona, Jeremiah 31:3. Let us all draw close to Him by His Love and not by fear of the corona.

💕 “He made the earth by His power, and He preserves it by His wisdom,” Jeremiah 51:15-16. He will preserve us with His Wisdom, His Wisdom is Jesus, 1 Corinthians 1:24… Amen. 🙏
