And I will make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall: and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith the Lord. Jeremiah 15:20
Making us strong in order to fight:
In this verse, God is talking about making Jeremiah the fenced brasen wall and telling him even though they fight against you they won’t prevail, that he will be saved and delivered from hands of them.
This verse is about the protection God provides and how he makes us strong in order to fight against our enemies. When we are not strong the enemy can easily find a way to destroy us, its not about physical strength but its about the strength which God provides us in order to fight the enemies who fight against us and there’s a spiritual war going on which cannot be fought by physical strength but by his might alone.
But we don’t need be afraid of the war because it won’t prevail against us as our protection comes from God who will be there in every situation. In this process God will make us strong, deliver and save us from the devices of devil. He knows the suffering but you are never alone, God always will be with you and give you the courage to fight back everyday.
You just need to focus on God first, pray and ask for the strength required to face your enemies. The Journey is not easy but his presence is promised everywhere you go.
