Our Lord as my redeemer 7 years ago

Praise God, sisters and brothers in Christ,

I accepted Our Lord as my redeemer 7 years ago. My husband n family are non believers, Punjabi hindu family.

After marriage and kids, I left my HR job and after a few years, I was desperately searching out for jobs but to no avail. My husband is a non believer and he does not like my faith in Him. To the extent he tore my Bible so I would not read His word. He stopped me from going to the church to pray even, and for the last 8 yrs, our personal relationship has been very very strained….due to his anger..foul language..everything one can imagine..till the point of divcorce.. it was my bua n her family..who have their church in US themselves and the very reason for my being in the Lord, they made me understand to humble myself as our God commands, before my husband and to listen to him.

As He commands in 1 Peter 3:1
“Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives.” Lord has been merciful and things are improving.

I did not have a clue of what was about to change in my life, when I started with the 180 days bible reading program as a reader.

Praises to my Lord, He has His mysterious ways. Lord gave me this Bible study program and I started reading His Word but still was not able to go to church n enjoy the fellowship. I prayed for this actually. AND what change he has done TO MY PRAYERS since then..from reading to leading groups as Mega Group Coordinator and translating msgs for others in hindi..have met many beautiful people on the way and made some beautiful friendships all along…He has blessed me so much..am in awe of Him actually. Even while sleeping my mind is into His work🙌🙌😅🙏

Since this Bible study program, I have been silently studying it. Learning everything from the most beautiful insights of people from all over the world, specially this year since the Pandemic. Most of the insights are really food for the soul. It seems it was all His plan, to start this Bible Study program well in advance for these days only, when everyone has been locked down in their homes across the globe.

Reverend Abraham has put many of us to good service to Him. May he be blessed abundantly for this. He has given us a platform that no one could have thought, might ever be possible.

God has given me a new way of life, I was always looking for. 2 Corinthians 4:16‭-‬17 says, “Therefore we do not become discouraged [spiritless, disappointed, or afraid]. Though our outer self is [progressively] wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day by day. For our momentary, light distress [this passing trouble] is producing for us an eternal Life of Glory [a fullness] beyond all measure [surpassing all comparisons, a transcendent splendor and an endless blessedness]!”

All praises to Him
